Tilray Brands Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY) acquired the Lyphe Group, a UK-based medical cannabis clinic and digital pharmacy platform, according to a company statement. The acquisition expands Tilray's medical cannabis operations in Europe.

Lyphe Dispensary has dispensed approximately 150,000 units and Lyphe Clinic has treated over 16,000 patients. The platform combines clinical services, patient access and pharmaceutical distribution through an online clinic and pharmacy system.

The company expects the Lyphe business to be accretive in 2027. Tilray plans to integrate Lyphe's operations with its existing CC Pharma distribution network to supply medications across the UK.

Tilray also announced progress with its BrewDog acquisition, stating it has stabilized brewing volumes and maintained service levels. The company expects BrewDog to be cash flow positive in 2027 and plans to launch Hi*Ball Energy in the UK in May.

The cannabis company filed an at-the-market equity program for up to $180 million to support its beverage platform expansion. The program will be managed by Jefferies LLC, TD Securities and Roth Capital Partners.

Tilray operates in cannabis, beverage and wellness industries across more than 20 countries. The company supports over 40 brands including cannabis products, hemp-based foods and craft beverages.
