Parsons joint venture wins $25M Coast Guard program management contract

Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) announced that its joint venture with GSI Americas Inc. received a $25 million contract from the United States Coast Guard for program management services. The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year option periods.



The joint venture will provide program management services supporting the Coast Guard's Force Design 2028 Execution Plan. The plan represents a $24.5 billion investment to recapitalize platforms and systems, modernize training centers, and enhance operational capacity across Coast Guard assets, technology, and shore infrastructure.



"We look forward to leveraging our team's combined global program management experience and project delivery success to support the U.S. Coast Guard in this historic modernization effort," said Martin Boson, president of Engineered Systems for Parsons.



GSI Americas provides professional services, environmental support, and construction services to federal clients across the Continental United States and Pacific region. The company operates eight offices from the U.S. East Coast to Japan and supports Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security programs.
