DHT Holdings reports first quarter TCE earnings of $78,800 per day
DHT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHT) reported estimated time charter equivalent earnings of $78,800 per day for its fleet during the first quarter of 2026, according to a company statement.
The crude oil tanker company's VLCCs operating in the spot market generated $91,700 per day, while VLCCs on time charter earned $61,300 per day. The earnings were based on 1,994 revenue days during the quarter, with 1,152 days being spot days.
On a discharge-to-discharge basis, adjusted for IFRS 15 Revenue from Contracts with Customers, the company's spot-market VLCCs earned $106,000 per day for the first quarter.
For the second quarter of 2026, DHT has booked approximately 49% of available spot days at an average rate of $189,500 per day on a discharge-to-discharge basis. Including both spot and time-charter days, 71% of available revenue days have been booked at an average rate of $115,400 per day.
DHT Holdings operates a fleet of crude oil tankers in the VLCC segment and conducts business through integrated management companies in Monaco, Norway, Singapore, and India.
