Largo Inc. (TSX: LGO) (NASDAQ: LGO) reported vanadium pentoxide production of 2,616 tonnes in the first quarter of 2026, representing a 101.7% increase compared to 1,297 tonnes produced in the same period last year.

The company's total ore mined increased 90.8% to 852,046 tonnes versus 446,614 tonnes in Q1 2025, with an effective ore grade of 0.48% V2O5 compared to 0.41% in the prior year. Sales totaled 2,141 tonnes of V2O5 equivalent, up 3.6% from 2,066 tonnes sold in Q1 2025.

On April 10, 2026, Largo filed a request with the Brazilian Mining Agency to produce and sell copper, platinum group metals, nickel and cobalt as by-products of its existing vanadium operations at the Maracás Menchen Mine. The request follows metallurgical testing using part of the company's flotation plant circuits.

Recent assays from flotation concentrate tests yielded 16.6% copper, 13.4 grams per tonne gold, 22.5 grams per tonne platinum, 22.4 grams per tonne palladium, 69 grams per tonne silver, 0.8% nickel, 0.8% cobalt, and 0.1 grams per tonne rhodium. These results represent the average from four days of continuous industrial-scale testing using current mine feed.

The company also announced leadership changes, with Luis Rendón now serving as sole Chief Operating Officer and Luânder Peixoto promoted to Group General Counsel. Largo thanked Gordon Babcock for his service as Co-Chief Operating Officer.

Ilmenite concentrate production increased 86.8% to 11,514 tonnes compared to 6,162 tonnes in Q1 2025, while sales of ilmenite concentrate rose 32.7% to 11,477 tonnes versus 8,647 tonnes in the prior year period.
