Alcoa Corporation (NYSE: AA) announced that its subsidiary Alcoa Nederland Holding B.V. will redeem all $219 million of its outstanding 6.125% notes due in 2028.

The redemption is scheduled for May 15, 2026, at a price equal to 100% of the principal amount plus accrued interest through the redemption date. The company will use cash on hand to fund the redemption.
