Cohen & Steers promotes Brad Ispass to head U.S. wealth distribution
Cohen & Steers Inc. (NYSE: CNS) announced leadership appointments to strengthen its U.S. wealth distribution operations, according to a press release statement.
Brad Ispass, formerly Head of Enterprise Wealth, has been promoted to Head of U.S. Wealth, where he will oversee distribution strategy across all U.S. intermediary channels. The U.S. Wealth division will operate through four segments: U.S. Wealth Management Sales, Global Strategic Accounts, Private Wealth Solutions, and ETF Sales.
Ispass replaces Daniel Noonan, who was promoted to Head of Global Distribution in November 2025. Since joining Cohen & Steers last year, Ispass led the Enterprise Wealth Group with responsibilities including growing market share in core asset classes and expanding into private markets through real estate strategies. He previously served as Head of U.S. Advisory Distribution at DWS Group.
Paul Bernardi joined Cohen & Steers as Head of U.S. Wealth Sales, a newly created position reporting to Ispass. Bernardi will lead the U.S. Wealth Sales Group, which includes Advisory Sales, Internal Sales, Retirement and Enterprise RIA Sales. He previously served as Managing Director and Head of Intermediary at Voya Investment Management for nearly 25 years.
"We are making these appointments from a position of strength and with great confidence in our future," said Noonan. "With robust market share in our core asset classes, seven consecutive quarters of positive net inflows in Wealth, and what we believe are the early stages of a multi‑year environment favorable to our asset classes, we are well positioned for the next phase of growth."
Cohen & Steers is a global investment manager specializing in real assets and alternative income, founded in 1986 and headquartered in New York City.
