Genmab reports $3.96 billion in DARZALEX sales for first quarter 2026
Genmab A/S (NASDAQ: GMAB) announced that worldwide net sales of DARZALEX (daratumumab) totaled $3.964 billion in the first quarter of 2026, according to data reported by Johnson & Johnson.
The sales figures include both intravenous and subcutaneous formulations of the cancer treatment. Net sales in the United States reached $2.208 billion, while international markets generated $1.756 billion in revenue.
Genmab receives royalties on the worldwide net sales of DARZALEX under an exclusive worldwide license agreement with Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Biotech subsidiary. The agreement covers development, manufacturing and commercialization of daratumumab.
The subcutaneous version is marketed as DARZALEX FASPRO in the United States and contains daratumumab and hyaluronidase-fihj. Johnson & Johnson handles global commercialization of both the intravenous and subcutaneous products.
