Victory Capital reports $313.1 billion in total client assets as of march 31
Victory Capital Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: VCTR) reported total client assets of $313.1 billion as of March 31, 2026, according to a company statement. The figure includes $309.8 billion in assets under management and $3.3 billion in other assets.
The San Antonio-based asset management firm reported average total assets under management of $315.3 billion for the month of March, with average other assets of $3.2 billion and average total client assets of $318.5 billion.
For the first quarter of 2026, Victory Capital reported long-term assets under management net outflows of $457 million. The company's total client assets decreased from $327.1 billion at the end of February to $313.1 billion at the end of March.
By asset class, the company's largest holdings were in solutions at $92.4 billion, followed by fixed income at $79.7 billion and U.S. large cap equity at $59.8 billion. U.S. assets comprised $258.1 billion of total client assets, while non-U.S. assets totaled $55.0 billion.
By investment vehicle, mutual funds accounted for $167.8 billion, separate accounts and other pooled vehicles totaled $125.7 billion, and exchange-traded funds represented $16.4 billion of assets under management.
Victory Capital plans to release its first-quarter 2026 financial results after market close on May 6, 2026, and will host a conference call on May 7 at 8:00 a.m. ET to discuss the results.
