Rezolve Ai PLC (NASDAQ: RZLV) announced it will host an investor call on April 15, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time to discuss its proposed combination with Commerce.com Inc. (NASDAQ: CMRC).

The call will be led by Daniel M. Wagner, chairman and CEO of Rezolve Ai, and will cover the company's technology platform, financial trajectory, and strategic rationale for the proposed offer. The session will include an open question-and-answer period for shareholders of both companies.

According to the press release, Rezolve Ai projects 7.5 times year-over-year growth in 2026, with $232 million in contracted revenue secured and full-year guidance of $360 million. Commerce.com has guided for 1.5% revenue growth in the upcoming year.

The proposed combination would integrate Rezolve's Brain Suite and RezolvePay technologies across Commerce.com's network of more than 60,000 merchants. Rezolve states this would accelerate its payment platform rollout and create new revenue streams.

Rezolve describes the potential combined entity as an integrated commerce platform that would merge its AI infrastructure with Commerce.com's merchant network. The company positions this as creating an end-to-end solution for what it terms "agentic commerce."

Dial-in details and webcast registration are available on Rezolve's investor website. The company has engaged Georgeson LLC as its information agent for shareholder inquiries related to the proposed transaction.

The press release includes forward-looking statements regarding the proposed transaction, noting that actual results may differ from projections and that the completion of any deal remains subject to various conditions including shareholder and regulatory approvals.
