YipitData names ZoomInfo CEO Henry Schuck to board
YipitData appointed Henry Schuck, founder and chief executive of ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI), to its board of directors, the alternative data provider announced.
Schuck founded ZoomInfo in 2007 and led the company through its public listing. The B2B intelligence platform provides revenue intelligence and data services to go-to-market teams.
YipitData provides alternative data-driven market intelligence to institutional investors, retailers, consumer brands and enterprises. The company serves more than 650 customers, including institutional investors and Fortune 100 companies.
"Henry built one of the most successful data platforms of our time," said Vinicius Vacanti, chief executive of YipitData. "As we continue expanding our products and reach, his perspective will be invaluable."
The company analyzes billions of data points daily to provide insights on company performance and customer behavior. YipitData has received more than $500 million in investments from Carlyle (NASDAQ: CG) and Norwest Venture Partners, with a valuation exceeding $1 billion.
ZoomInfo has adopted SpendHound, a YipitData company, as part of the announcement. SpendHound focuses on enterprise expansion services.
"YipitData has built a combination of analytical rigor and customer trust," Schuck said. "There is substantial room to expand both the footprint and the impact of the business."
