Bitmine reports ETH holdings reach 4.875 million tokens worth $11.8 billion
Bitmine Immersion Technologies Inc. (NYSE: BMNR) reported its Ethereum holdings have reached 4.875 million tokens, representing 4.04% of the total ETH supply of 120.7 million tokens. The company's total cryptocurrency, cash and other holdings amount to $11.8 billion as of April 12, 2026.
The company moved from NYSE American to the New York Stock Exchange on April 9, 2026, continuing to trade under the ticker BMNR. Bitmine's holdings include 4,874,858 ETH valued at $2,206 per token, 198 Bitcoin, $200 million in Beast Industries, $85 million in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and $719 million in cash.
Bitmine has staked 3,334,637 ETH tokens valued at $7.4 billion through its MAVAN staking platform. The company reports annualized staking revenues of $212 million, with a projected annual staking reward of $310 million when fully staked. The staked ETH represents approximately 68% of Bitmine's total ETH holdings.
According to the company, BMNR stock ranks as the 117th most traded stock in the United States by daily dollar volume, averaging $747 million over a five-day period. The company acquired 71,524 ETH in the past week, which it states is the highest pace of purchases since December 22, 2025.
Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine, attributed ETH's 17.4% gain during what he described as a seven-week conflict involving Iran to the cryptocurrency serving as a "wartime store of value." The company positions itself as the largest ETH treasury globally and second-largest cryptocurrency treasury after MicroStrategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR).
