Hudson Technologies Inc. (NASDAQ: HDSN) announced the appointment of Alan Sheriff and Jeffrey Feeler as independent directors to its board, according to a company statement.

Sheriff brings 40 years of financial experience in investment banking, capital raising, and venture capital. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Capital Markets and previously held the position of Vice Chairman at PNC Financial Services Group. Sheriff founded Solebury Capital in 2005, serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer until 2020. He also held senior positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, including Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for the Americas.

Feeler has more than 30 years of operational and financial experience, with 20 years in recycling and waste treatment industries. He previously served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Ecology Inc., a position he held from 2013 until the company's sale in 2022. Feeler currently serves on the board of Tetra Tech and two privately held environmental sector companies.

The company also announced that Vincent Abbatecola resigned from the board effective April 10. Gaglione thanked Abbatecola for more than three decades of service to the company.

Hudson Technologies provides refrigerant products and services to the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration industry and operates as one of the largest refrigerant reclaimers in the United States.
