3D Systems launches dual-laser production system and factory software
3D Systems Corporation (NYSE: DDD) announced the launch of its SLA 825 Dual stereolithography system and AddiTrak software platform at the RAPID + TCT 2026 conference in Boston.
The SLA 825 Dual features a 22% larger build volume and delivers up to 25% faster build speeds compared to its predecessor. The system is designed for high-utilization manufacturing environments and supports applications including motorsports, precision prototyping, and investment casting patterns.
AddiTrak is an on-premises software platform that provides centralized monitoring and analytics for 3D Systems printer fleets. The platform supports Industry 4.0 connectivity standards including MTConnect and OPC UA, and integrates with the company's 3D Sprint software for end-to-end workflow management.
The company highlighted a partnership with Eureka Pumps AS of Norway, which uses 3D Systems Direct Metal Printing technology to manufacture large-format metal spare parts on demand. This application addresses part obsolescence and extended lead times in industrial environments.
"Over the past several years, we've made disciplined investments to refresh our portfolio and focus on manufacturing applications where additive delivers the greatest value," said Dr. Jeff Graves, President and CEO of 3D Systems.
The announcements support 3D Systems' strategy to move beyond prototyping applications toward scaled manufacturing solutions that integrate hardware, software, materials, and application expertise.
3D Systems is showcasing these products at Booth #1801 during RAPID + TCT 2026, which runs through April 16 in Boston. The company will also present at several conference sessions covering investment casting patterns and the AddiTrak platform.
