Axon Enterprise Inc. (NASDAQ: AXON) announced that director Matthew McBrady informed the board on April 6, 2026, that he will not stand for re-election at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

McBrady will continue serving as a director until his current term expires at the annual meeting. The company stated that his decision was not the result of any disagreement with Axon regarding operations, policies or practices.

The board said it appreciates McBrady's commitment and contributions during his tenure as director.
