Bruker executive Falko Busse to step down from BioSpin unit in October
Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ: BRKR) announced that Falko Busse will step down as an executive officer and president of the Bruker BioSpin Group subsidiary. His transition from executive duties begins around May 1, 2026, with his employment terminating October 31, 2026.
The company entered a separation agreement with Busse on April 7, 2026. Under the agreement, Busse will receive separation benefits totaling approximately $1,020,351, including severance pay, pro-rated bonus, and compensation for unused vacation days. The payment will be made upon his departure date.
Busse will forfeit any unvested equity awards he holds at the time of separation, in accordance with existing plan provisions and award agreements. Bruker BioSpin operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Massachusetts-based scientific instruments company.
