HawkEye 360 files for proposed U.S. IPO
HawkEye 360 has on Friday filed for a proposed NYSE IPO.
HawkEye 360 is a geospatial analytics company headquartered in Herndon, VA. It specializes in collecting and analyzing radio frequency (RF) signal location data using its constellation of satellites.
Goldman Sachs & Co and Morgan Stanley will serve as lead underwriters.
RBC Capital Market, Jefferies, BofA Securities, Baird, Raymond James and William Blair are also among underwriters.
