PriceRunner, a subsidiary of Klarna Group plc (NYSE: KLAR), filed the antitrust case against Google. The court stated that "additional time is needed to finalize the judgment" but provided no further explanation for the rescheduling.

Klarna issued the announcement to update investors on the case timeline. The company noted that the outcome of the proceedings remains uncertain and provided no assurance that PriceRunner will succeed on liability or damages.

The announcement stated that any potential award would be subject to appeal by Google, sharing arrangements with former PriceRunner shareholders and Klarna's litigation funder, and applicable taxation.
