Beyond Meat files delayed 2025 annual report, resolves nasdaq compliance issue

April 9, 2026 7:04 AM

Beyond Meat Inc. (NASDAQ: BYND) filed its annual report on Form 10-K for fiscal year 2025 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 9, 2026, according to a company statement.

The plant-based protein company received a notice from Nasdaq on April 6, 2026, indicating it had not timely filed the required annual report for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The notice cited Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which requires timely filing of annual reports for continued listing on the exchange.

Under Nasdaq rules, companies have 60 calendar days to submit a compliance plan when they receive such notifications. Beyond Meat's filing of the Form 10-K eliminated the need to submit a formal compliance plan, the company stated.

The filing resolves the compliance issue that could have affected the company's listing status on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Beyond Meat manufactures plant-based protein products designed to replicate the taste and texture of animal-based meat.
