Orthofix Medical Inc. (NASDAQ: OFIX) announced a reorganization of its spine division leadership and reported preliminary first quarter 2026 net sales of approximately $196.7 million, according to a company press release.

The medical technology company eliminated the role of President, Global Spine Solutions, with key spine leaders now reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Massimo Calafiore. The company's preliminary first quarter net sales of $196.7 million included sales from M6 artificial cervical and lumbar discs. Non-GAAP pro forma net sales, excluding M6 disc sales, totaled approximately $196.4 million, representing a 0.4% increase on a reported basis and 3% growth on a non-GAAP pro forma constant currency basis compared to the first quarter of 2025.

Orthofix reaffirmed its full-year 2026 guidance, projecting net sales between $850 million and $860 million, representing approximately 5.5% year-over-year pro forma constant currency growth at the midpoint. The company expects non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA of $95 million to $98 million and positive free cash flow for 2026, excluding potential legal settlement impacts.

The company plans to release complete first quarter 2026 financial results on May 5, 2026, before market open, followed by a conference call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time.
