Stellantis Italy vehicle output up 9.5% in Q1
Investing.com -- Stellantis' vehicle output in Italy increased 9.5% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2026, reaching 120,366 vehicles, the FIM Cisl trade union said on Thursday. The union attributed the increase to new models.
Passenger car output, excluding light commercial vehicles, rose 22% in the January-March period to 73,841 units, the union added in its quarterly report on Stellantis production in Italy.
In 2025, Stellantis produced less than 380,000 vehicles in Italy, while output of passenger cars fell to 213,706 units, the lowest level in over 70 years, FIM Cisl said earlier this year.
