Telix adds two non-executive directors to board
Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (NASDAQ: TLX) announced the appointment of two non-executive directors effective May 11, 2026, according to a press release statement.
Maria Rivas, MD, brings more than 25 years of experience in clinical development and commercialization. She previously served as Chief Medical Officer at Pfizer Inc. and currently sits on the board of The Cooper Companies Inc.. Rivas holds an MD from Columbia University and completed her residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital.
William Jellison joins with over 30 years of corporate finance experience. He previously served as Vice President and CFO of Stryker Corporation and currently serves on boards including Medtronic plc, Anika Therapeutics Inc., and Avient Corporation.
Interim Chair Mark Nelson stated the appointments align with Telix's development as a dual-listed commercial stage biopharmaceutical company. The new directors join recently added board member David Gill as part of the company's board expansion and succession planning.
Telix is a biopharmaceutical company focused on radiopharmaceuticals for oncology and rare diseases. The Melbourne-based company operates internationally in the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Canada, Europe, and Japan.
