Barclays analyst Eliana Merle reiterated an Overweight rating and $157.00 price target on BridgeBio Pharma (NASDAQ: BBIO).

The analyst comments "We expect continued strength from Attruby launch and we think mgmt sounds upbeat on commercial trends & patient starts. For US Attruby in 1Q we est. $175M vs cons. $169M (BBG 4/7); for total revenues (includes License & Services, Royalty) we est. $184M vs cons. $183M. For US Attruby in '26 we est. $912M vs cons. $826M. When we caught up with BBIO, we thought mgmt sounded upbeat on Attruby trends across market share, new patient starts & trends broadly. When we asked, mgmt commented they are not seeing much 1Q seasonality. Mgmt has said they expect GTN to inch up (consistent w/prior commentary); mgmt has cited at 4Q at the lower end of the 30-40% range now we think maybe moving to the middle of the range. Mgmt cited oral administration less affected by weather vs in-office injectables. For BBIO shares, we note shares are down ~7% YTD (at 4/7) and that increases our conviction as BBIO remains a top idea in our coverage that we think deserves meaningfully more credit. We think BBIO is uniquely diversified for its size—in the next ~12 months the company could have potentially 4 rare disease drugs launched—and in our view BBIO's history of clinical/commercial execution remains underappreciated. For Attruby in ATTR-CM we note scripts have continued to show acceleration even as competitors slow down (and we think mgmt sounds upbeat into 1Q). From the pipeline, we think Ph3 data were highly competitive in achon and as the only oral BBIO could take majority share; for ADH1 and LGMD2i we see both as larger markets than investors currently estimate."
