Richtech Robotics Inc. (NASDAQ: RR) announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Netherlands-based NewConsultancy B.V. to distribute its AI-driven service robots across the Netherlands and broader European Union/Schengen region.

Under the agreement, NewConsultancy will handle local deployment, service, and customer support for Richtech Robotics' solutions in the European market. The Las Vegas-based robotics company develops AI-powered service and logistics robots for hospitality and commercial sectors.

NewConsultancy is an ICT company that helps organizations implement digital solutions, including emerging technologies such as robotics and automation. The company works with small to medium-sized organizations and larger enterprises seeking to improve their digital environments.

Richtech Robotics stated the partnership follows its participation at ProWein 2025, as part of the company's international expansion strategy. The company's robots are designed to address labor shortages and operational challenges in hospitality and service sectors through automation solutions.

The agreement aims to provide European businesses with faster deployment and local service capabilities for AI-driven robotics solutions. Richtech Robotics operates under three strategic pillars: Industrial, Commercial, and Data Services, developing robotic solutions and data infrastructure for various applications from factory floors to hospitality venues.
