Global Mofy AI Limited (NASDAQ: GMM) announced it entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Infinigence AI Co., Ltd. to develop an industrial-grade AI-generated content creation platform, according to a press release statement.

The Beijing-based generative AI technology solutions provider said the collaboration will combine its digital content production capabilities with Infinigence AI's infrastructure and model orchestration technologies. The platform is currently in development and expected to launch publicly in the near future.

Global Mofy specializes in virtual content production and 3D digital asset development for movies, television, gaming and advertising. The company operates "Mofy Lab," a technology platform using interactive 3D and artificial intelligence technology, and maintains a digital asset bank with more than 150,000 high-precision 3D assets.

Infinigence AI will contribute AI infrastructure development, token production capabilities, model orchestration and platform system development to the partnership. The companies said they plan to create a platform that integrates into existing professional workflows rather than functioning as a standalone tool.

The planned platform will incorporate multi-agent collaborative mechanisms across creative understanding, task decomposition, asset retrieval, generation execution, workflow coordination, quality control and delivery management stages.

"We have always believed that the true industrial value of AIGC lies not merely in improving efficiency in isolated processes, but in whether it can genuinely enter the working systems of professional teams," said Haogang Yang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Global Mofy.

The companies stated they will target professional content scenarios including the film and television industry, aiming to improve production efficiency and reduce communication costs in complex projects.
