Genpact partners with Parallel Web Systems for AI workflow automation

Genpact (NYSE: G) announced a partnership with Parallel Web Systems to integrate artificial intelligence-powered web research capabilities into its business operations. The collaboration combines Parallel's API technology with Genpact's enterprise solutions for insurance and sales applications.

The partnership focuses on two primary use cases. In insurance, Genpact uses Parallel's web research capabilities to automate pricing for like-kind-and-quality replacements in contents claims settlements. The system, called Property Contents Pricing AI Assist, is operational with two of the top 10 U.S. property and casualty insurers and has achieved 55% touchless processing and 50% reduction in cycle time, according to the companies.

For sales operations, Genpact employs Parallel's technology to automate client and prospect research through a system called Meeting Assist. This tool provides real-time account intelligence including information on finances, competitors, and decision makers.

Parallel's API enables access to real-time web information with source citations and confidence scores. The technology addresses limitations of large language models that are restricted by training data cutoffs by providing current information including news, regulatory changes, and market developments.

Parallel Web Systems is a Silicon Valley startup that develops web data infrastructure for AI agents. The company's APIs are designed to support search, extraction, research, discovery, and monitoring functions for automated workflows.
