Neogen Corporation (NASDAQ: NEOG) appointed Jennifer Evans Stacey as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Board Secretary, the company announced.

Stacey brings more than 25 years of experience in the life sciences industry, including over 10 years as a public company chief legal and compliance officer. She most recently served as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Secretary at Galera Therapeutics, Inc., a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company.

Her previous roles include Chief Legal Officer positions at The Wistar Institute, Antares Pharma, Inc., FXI, Inc., Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and Aventis Behring LLC. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of Context Therapeutics (NASDAQ: CNTX).

Stacey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
