Vistance Networks (NASDAQ: VISN) announced its board of directors declared a special cash distribution of $10.00 per share, according to a company statement. The distribution is payable on April 27, 2026 to shareholders of record as of April 17, 2026.

The Richardson, Texas-based network solutions provider will fund the payment using cash on hand, including proceeds from the sale of its Connectivity and Cable Solutions business to Amphenol Corporation on January 9, 2026.

The company stated it chose to use only existing cash rather than adding debt to finance the distribution, citing current volatility in debt markets as a factor in the decision.
