Alliance Resource Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: ARLP) disclosed that its indirect subsidiary River View Coal LLC received an imminent danger order from the Mine Safety and Health Administration on April 1, 2026.

The order was issued under Section 107(a) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977 at the River View Mine, which carries Mine ID No. 15-19374. MSHA determined that maintenance work on a shuttle car was not adequately blocked against motion.

Miners were removed from the affected area and corrective actions were implemented. MSHA terminated the order later the same day. The company reported no injuries occurred during the incident.

Alliance Resource Partners stated it reserves the right to contest the order and any related citation or proposed assessment, according to the company's press release.
