AI Era Corp. (OTC: AERA) announced the appointment of Dzmitry Kastahorau as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, according to a company press release.

Kastahorau brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, investor relations, and capital markets. He currently serves as CFO and Board Member of MICROPOLIS AI ROBOTICS (NYSE American: MCRP) and has previously held senior finance positions at international companies across fashion retail, robotics, autonomous vehicles, and luxury sectors in the Middle East and Europe.

The company stated that Kastahorau's appointment comes as AI Era Corp. prepares for a potential uplisting to NYSE American. Ahmad, CEO of AI Era Corp., said his expertise in public company operations and financial strategy would be valuable during this transition.

Fred Deng, Chairman of AI Era Corp., noted that the appointment represents a step in building the company's financial and governance team as it approaches its second quarter report.

Kastahorau stated he was joining the company at what he called a transformative stage, expressing interest in supporting the team's goals including the NYSE American uplisting process.

AI Era Corp. describes itself as a New York-based intellectual property firm focused on acquisition, development, and licensing of AI-powered creator media ecosystems. The company owns IP for UFilm.ai, Uflix.ai, and the NFT Movie Marketplace, and operates a physical movie theater in Mount Kisco, New York.
