CleanSpark mines 658 bitcoin in March, holds 13,561 total

CleanSpark Inc. (NASDAQ: CLSK) produced 658 bitcoin in March 2026, bringing its total bitcoin holdings to 13,561 as of March 31, according to the company's monthly operational update.



The bitcoin mining company achieved an average daily production of 21.24 bitcoin during March, with peak single-day production reaching 23.01 bitcoin. For the first quarter of 2026, CleanSpark mined 1,799 bitcoin total.



The company's operational hashrate reached 50.0 EH/s, while its average operating hashrate was 47.3 EH/s during the month. CleanSpark deployed 224,473 miners as of March 31 and utilized 808 MW of its 1.8 GW contracted power capacity.



During March, CleanSpark sold 405 bitcoin at spot prices and 500 bitcoin through call option exercises. The company acquired 300 bitcoin through put option exercises and an additional 145 bitcoin related to delta neutral basis trading. The average price per bitcoin sold was $71,396.



As of March 31, 1,641 of CleanSpark's bitcoin holdings were posted as collateral or receivable related to derivative transactions, according to the company statement.



"March delivered strong operational momentum for CleanSpark, driven by seamless team execution, strategic advancements, and disciplined progress across our business," said Matt Schultz, chief executive officer and chairman.



The Las Vegas-based company operates data centers across the United States and has been expanding beyond bitcoin mining into AI and high-performance computing services.
