Sekur Private Data adds Oakley and Rogers to strategic advisory board
Sekur Private Data Inc. (OTCQB: SWISF) announced the appointment of Philip Oakley and Kenneth Rogers as the first members of its strategic advisory board. The cybersecurity company said the board will focus on developing strategies for national security, intelligence community, federal agencies and defense sectors.
Oakley holds a top secret security clearance and served in military intelligence roles at the Pentagon, where he prepared briefings for senior government officials including the President and Secretary of Defense. He previously worked at the National Ground Intelligence Center, Defense Intelligence Agency and US Forces Korea. Oakley founded i3 Integrative Creative Solutions, a service-disabled veteran-owned business that he said generated over $1.6 billion in sales over 15 years.
Rogers retired from the U.S. State Department in 2024 after 15 years of service, where he served as Deputy Chief Information Officer overseeing a $3.8 billion IT portfolio across 85,000 personnel in more than 300 locations worldwide. He previously served as Chief Information Officer at the Department of Homeland Security's Science & Technology Directorate, managing a $75 million IT portfolio. Rogers received the Director General's Cup award in 2025.
The Miami-based company develops encrypted communication solutions including email, messaging, VPN and voice services for government and enterprise clients. Sekur said its products are designed for controlled unclassified information environments and operate independently of traditional telecommunications infrastructure.
Chief Executive Officer Alain Ghiai said the appointments will help introduce the company's secure communications capabilities to defense, intelligence and federal sectors. The company plans to add additional advisory board members in coming weeks and months.
