ATN International appoints Naji Khoury as new CEO
ATN International Inc. (NASDAQ: ATNI) announced that its board of directors has appointed Naji Khoury as president and chief executive officer, effective April 20, 2026.
Khoury replaces Brad Martin, who is stepping down as CEO and board member but will remain in an advisory capacity through the end of May 2026 to support the transition.
Khoury brings nearly 30 years of telecommunications industry experience to the role. He spent 14 years at Liberty Communications Puerto Rico, serving as CEO for the last six years, where he oversaw operations in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. He previously held senior positions at Centennial Communications and GE Capital Services within its Spacenet subsidiary.
"Naji brings deep industry expertise and a proven track record in leadership, strategy, and operational execution," said Michael Prior, ATN's executive chairman, according to the company's statement.
ATN International, headquartered in Beverly, Massachusetts, provides digital infrastructure and communications services in the United States and internationally, including the Caribbean region, with a focus on rural and remote markets.
The company operates subsidiaries that provide wireless and wireline connectivity to residential, business and government customers, as well as carrier and enterprise communications services including fiber optic transport and communications tower facilities.
