Integer Holdings board chair Bailey to step down, Spence to succeed
Integer Holdings Corporation (NYSE: ITGR) announced that board chair Pamela G. Bailey will not stand for re-election at the company's annual stockholders meeting scheduled for May 20, 2026. The board intends to appoint current director Donald J. Spence as the new independent chair following the meeting.
Bailey, who currently serves as Integer's independent chair, cited her confidence in the transition. "It has been a privilege to serve on the Integer Board and to play my part in the Company's growth and strategic success," Bailey stated in the announcement.
Spence has served on Integer's board since 2016 and currently chairs the Compensation & Organization Committee. He also serves on the Corporate Governance & Nominating and Technology Strategy Committees. Spence retired in 2019 as president and CEO of Ebb Therapeutics and previously served as chairman and CEO of Lake Region Medical until its acquisition by Integer in 2015.

Integer Holdings operates as a medical device contract development and manufacturing organization serving the cardio and vascular, neuromodulation, and cardiac rhythm management markets. The Plano, Texas-based company's brands include Greatbatch Medical and Lake Region Medical.
The leadership transition comes as part of the company's regular governance processes, with the annual meeting set for May 20, 2026.
