Veradigm names Christian Greyenbuhl as chief financial officer
Veradigm Inc. (OTCMKTS: MDRX) announced the appointment of Christian Greyenbuhl as chief financial officer, effective May 11, 2026, or the first business day after the company files its annual reports for fiscal years 2023 and 2024.
Greyenbuhl brings more than 25 years of experience in finance and operations across public and private companies. He most recently served as chief financial officer for Ministry Brands LLC, a software-as-a-service technology company, since November 2022. Previously, he held roles at Xplor Technologies LLC as senior vice president of corporate finance and investor relations, and spent over 10 years at Automatic Data Processing Inc. in senior positions.
The healthcare technology provider said Greyenbuhl will replace Lee Westerfield, who has served as interim chief financial officer. Westerfield will continue in a consulting role to facilitate the transition, according to the company statement.
"With Christian's arrival, the team required to drive our strategic reset, recover our market leadership with independent physician practices, and reignite profitable growth will be largely in place," said Donald Trigg, chief executive officer of Veradigm.
Greyenbuhl holds accounting credentials as both a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a Certified Public Accountant. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy with Business Law from the University of Stirling in Scotland.
The Chicago-based company provides clinical and revenue cycle solutions for independent medical practices and serves over 20,000 provider practices with data and technology services connecting health plans and pharmaceutical companies.
