La Rosa Holdings settles dispute, acquires remaining subsidiary stake
La Rosa Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: LRHC) entered into a settlement agreement on April 3, 2026, acquiring the remaining 49% ownership stake in its subsidiary La Rosa Realty Orlando LLC, according to a company statement.
The settlement involved Reinaldo Zapata and Viviana Figueroa, who each sold their 24.5% membership interests in the subsidiary to La Rosa Holdings. Under the agreement terms, the company agreed to forgive $106,447 allegedly owed by Zapata to the subsidiary and $152,295 in franchise fee obligations under Zapata's personal guaranty.
The company also agreed to pay Figueroa $10,000 and dismiss the pending case La Rosa Realty Corp., La Rosa Realty Orlando LLC v. Reinaldo Zapata, Viviana Figueroa in Orange County, Florida Circuit Court.
The settlement agreement includes mutual releases of claims between the parties. Following the completion of membership interest assignments on April 3, 2026, La Rosa Realty Orlando became a wholly-owned subsidiary of La Rosa Holdings Corp.
The Nevada-based company had previously held majority ownership in the Orlando-based realty subsidiary before acquiring the remaining stake through this settlement arrangement.
