EagleNXT (NYSE: UAVS) announced it sold 15 eBee VISION unmanned aerial systems to a U.S. Army unit stationed in Europe. The transaction was completed through the company's regional partner Dronivo GmbH.

The eBee VISION is a Blue UAS-listed and NDAA-compliant fixed-wing intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance system. The platform provides real-time high-definition and thermal video capabilities with secure architecture designed for tactical situational awareness missions.

"Ongoing acquisition of the eBee VISION by U.S. and allied defense operators shows that this platform delivers operational value in mission-critical environments," said EagleNXT CEO Bill Irby in a statement.

The drone system weighs 4.1 pounds with a 47-inch wingspan and offers a real-time video feed range of up to 12 miles. It operates at cruise speeds of 30-45 mph with wind resistance up to 38 mph and functions in temperatures ranging from -10°C to +49°C.

The eBee VISION was developed with Special Operations Forces for use in forward-deployed environments. Its features include RGB or FLIR payload capabilities and low noise signature for covert operations.

EagleNXT, based in Allen, Texas, develops drone systems, sensors and software solutions for commercial and government customers. The company reports conducting more than one million flights globally across defense, public safety, agriculture and infrastructure applications.
