Heartflow (HTFL) Reiterated at Buy by Stifel: 'Growth Outlook Compelling'
Stifel analyst Rick Wise reiterated a Buy rating and $40.00 price target on Heartflow Inc (NASDAQ: HTFL).
The analyst commented, "This past week, we hosted two days of investor meetings with Heartflow management, including President & CEO, John Farquhar; CFO, Vikram Verghese; and VP, Investor Relations/Business Development, Nick Laudico. Overall, the company basically reiterated and expanded on the optimistic commentary they expressed during their March 18th 4Q25 earnings report. That said, we did come away even better-appreciating multiple compelling aspects of Heartflow's outlook, including: (1) the impressively wide and deep clinical data and IP moat surrounding the company’s core coronary-artery-disease analysis software; (2) potential upside drivers for 2026 Plaque analysis revenues; and, (3) the still-underpenetrated and rapidly growing US CCTA (coronary-computed-tomography-angiography) market, where clinical guidelines, HTFL technology, and CCTA technology, are all driving growth. Bottom line: Management expressed considerable confidence around the plaque business revenue ramp ahead, 2026 guidance, the longer-term, multi-billiondollar plaque growth opportunity, and Heartflow's overall competitive position. We reiterate our Buy rating and $40 price target."
