Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN) announced it has been selected by the Utah Department of Transportation to develop and maintain a statewide Vehicle-to-Everything management system under a 10-year contract.

The Chantilly, Virginia-based company will deploy its iNET software solution to create a cloud-based system for managing Utah's connected vehicle devices. The platform will provide real-time system health monitoring, performance analytics, and operational insights for the state's vehicle-to-everything infrastructure.

The contract represents new work for Parsons and establishes a statewide customer relationship with Utah. The company's iNET platform is designed to help transportation agencies manage connected vehicle ecosystems as they modernize infrastructure.

"We look forward to leveraging our proven track record in implementing iNET-based Advanced Traffic Management Solutions to help improve connectivity in collaboration with UDOT," said Mark Fialkowski, president of Infrastructure North America for Parsons.

Vehicle-to-Everything technology enables communication between vehicles and infrastructure elements such as traffic signals, road sensors, and other connected devices. The Utah deployment adds to Parsons' portfolio of connected vehicle management solutions.

The information was disclosed in a company press release.
