On March 31, 2026, Ms. Betsy Atkins resigned from the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Rackspace Technology, Inc. (the "Company"). Her resignation did not result from any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies, or practices.
