Tesla reports 358,023 vehicle deliveries in first quarter
Tesla Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) delivered 358,023 vehicles in the first quarter, falling short of the estimated 372,160 deliveries, according to a company statement.
The electric vehicle manufacturer produced 408,386 vehicles during the quarter, with Model 3 and Model Y accounting for 394,611 units produced and 341,893 delivered. Other models, including the Model S, X, and Cybertruck, totaled 13,775 units produced and 16,130 delivered.
Tesla also deployed 8.8 gigawatt hours of energy storage products during the quarter.
The company plans to release its first quarter 2026 financial results after market close on April 22, 2026. Tesla management will conduct a question and answer webcast at 4:30 p.m. Central Time that same day to discuss financial results and business outlook.
Approximately 1% of total deliveries were subject to operating lease accounting, affecting both Model 3/Y and other model categories equally.
