Nano-X Imaging Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNOX) announced that its U.S. subsidiary has signed a distribution agreement with Integrity Medical Service Inc. for the Nanox.ARC system across Colorado, Wyoming and western parts of Kansas and Nebraska.

Under the agreement, Integrity Medical Service will handle sales, implementation and service support for the Nanox.ARC system in the specified territories. The companies plan to deploy four systems in the first year and 12 systems in the second year, subject to market conditions and customer adoption.

Integrity Medical Service operates with a service-focused model supported by field service engineers to provide customer support and maintain system uptime. The Colorado-based company serves hospitals, orthopedic practices, imaging centers and outpatient providers.

Paul Proffit, President of Integrity Medical Service, said the company sees demand for imaging solutions that support orthopedic and outpatient workflows. "The Nanox.ARC multisource digital tomosynthesis system leverages Nanox's proprietary X ray source technology to enable 3D imaging in a wide range of clinical environments," he said.
