V2X names Mike Uster as chief information officer

V2X, Inc. (NYSE: VVX) appointed Mike Uster as Chief Information Officer, effective immediately, according to a company statement. Uster will oversee the company's global information technology strategy, enterprise systems, and digital transformation initiatives.



The appointment focuses on strengthening cybersecurity, advancing AI-enabled capabilities, and developing secure technology platforms for V2X's operations. Uster will report directly to Jeremy C. Wensinger, President and Chief Executive Officer.



Uster brings more than 35 years of experience in enterprise IT and technology solutions for government and industry sectors. He previously served as Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Senior Vice President at ManTech, where he led digital transformation initiatives and cybersecurity modernization.



"Mike brings an exceptional depth of experience leading enterprise IT transformation and deploying advanced technologies in support of national security missions," Wensinger stated. "His leadership in areas such as zero-trust architecture, secure collaboration platforms, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions will help strengthen V2X's technology foundation."



During his tenure at ManTech, Uster implemented zero-trust architecture and embedded AI-enabled technologies across the enterprise. He joined ManTech in 2005 and advanced through various leadership positions in IT strategy and enterprise service delivery.



Earlier in his career, Uster held positions at Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin Skunk Works, RAND Corporation, and TRW Inc., supporting government and national security missions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Modern European History from Biola University.



V2X operates with approximately 16,000 professionals globally, providing solutions for national security, defense, civilian, and international markets.
