Aurora Mobile presents case study showing 500% efficiency gains
Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) participated as a sponsor and keynote speaker at the Tourism × Web3 Summit 2026 in Singapore, according to a company press release.
Akio Mitobe, CTO of Aurora Mobile Japan K.K., presented a case study featuring Axios Management, a Japanese property management firm. The company reported operational efficiency increases of over 500% after implementing Aurora Mobile's AI-driven customer engagement platform.
According to the presentation, Axios Management automated multilingual support across WhatsApp and email channels using Aurora Mobile's EngageLab platform integrated with GPTBots.ai. The implementation addressed communication challenges related to time zone differences and fragmented communication history.
"The success of Axios Management demonstrates the transformative power of our platform in the Japanese market," Mitobe said. "We are not just providing a tool; we are providing a scalable ecosystem that allows businesses to grow without increasing headcount."
The presentation focused on Aurora Mobile's "Full-Journey AI Engagement Ecosystem," which combines AI agent capabilities with messaging infrastructure to address multilingual support and community management resource constraints in the tourism and Web3 sectors.
Aurora Mobile, founded in 2011, provides customer engagement and marketing technology services. The company's platform integrates omnichannel engagement, AI-driven marketing, customer support, and identity security services.
