Sally Beauty names Adrianne Lee as CFO, replacing departing Marlo Cormier
Sally Beauty Holdings Inc. (NYSE: SBH) announced the appointment of Adrianne Lee as senior vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 28, 2026. Lee will replace Marlo Cormier, who is leaving the company on April 11, 2026, to pursue other opportunities.
Lee previously served as president and CFO at Bed Bath & Beyond, where she joined as CFO in 2020 before becoming chief administrative officer in 2024 and president in 2025. Before that, she held senior executive positions at The Hertz Corporation from 2014 to 2020, including senior vice president and CFO for North America Rental Car and Car Sales, and vice president of Global Financial Planning & Analysis.
Earlier in her career, Lee worked in finance roles at Best Buy Co. Inc., PepsiAmericas Inc., Allianz Life and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She holds a bachelor of arts degree in business administration with an accounting focus from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, graduating cum laude.

The company reaffirmed its financial guidance for the second quarter and fiscal year 2026, which was previously provided on February 9, 2026. Sally Beauty Holdings operates through its Sally Beauty and Beauty Systems Group segments, selling professional beauty supplies globally.
