Beyond Air Inc. (NASDAQ: XAIR) announced it has secured a national group purchasing agreement for its LungFit PH inhaled nitric oxide therapy system with a leading U.S. group purchasing organization. The agreement, effective April 1, 2026, allows participating member hospitals and health systems to access the medical device.

The agreement expands Beyond Air's reach to nearly 2,000 additional U.S. hospitals and health systems, according to the company's press release. Beyond Air now has purchasing agreements with three major U.S.-based group purchasing organizations, including existing relationships with Vizient and Premier Inc.

"Our GPO relationships play an important role in expanding access to LungFit PH, and this additional agreement meaningfully increases our reach," said Robert Goodman, Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Air.

The LungFit PH platform uses patented Plasma Pulse Technology to generate nitric oxide on demand from room air, eliminating the need for traditional source supplies. The system has received FDA approval and CE Mark for treating term and near-term neonates with hypoxic respiratory failure.
