ParaZero Technologies Ltd. (NASDAQ: PRZO) announced it signed a framework agreement with an international drone interception company for integration services and product sales valued at over $650,000.

Under the agreement, ParaZero will integrate its DefendAir Net Pod into the client's autonomous drone platform and provide a minimum of 2,000 customized DefendAir Net Pod units. The Israeli aerospace defense company specializes in autonomous solutions for manned and unmanned aerial systems.

The DefendAir system uses net-launching technology for counter-drone operations in battlefield and urban environments. ParaZero will customize the integration to ensure compatibility with the client's drone configuration.

"We are excited to deepen our collaboration with this particular tier-1 defense company through this comprehensive integration of our proven C-UAS, DefendAir Net Pod," said Ariel Alon, CEO of ParaZero. "This agreement validates the value of our Net Pod technology and we believe that this positions ParaZero as an industry leader defining the category of non-explosive, net-based drone interception."

ParaZero, founded in 2014, develops drone safety and defense technologies including parachute recovery systems, counter-drone platforms, and precision aerial delivery systems. The company serves commercial, industrial, and governmental operations worldwide.

The information is based on a press release statement from ParaZero Technologies.
