Middleby names Amy Campbell as CFO of food processing unit
The Middleby Corporation (NASDAQ: MIDD) announced Amy Campbell will serve as Chief Financial Officer of its Food Processing business when it becomes an independent public company in the second quarter of 2026, according to a press release statement.
Campbell joins Middleby effective immediately. The appointment follows the recent announcement of Mark Salman as Chief Executive Officer and completes the leadership team for the planned spin-off.
Campbell most recently served as CFO of REV Group, Inc. (NYSE: REVG) since April 2024. She previously held CFO positions at ASC Engineered Solutions and BrandSafway's Commercial and Industrial Division, and spent 23 years with Caterpillar, Inc. in various roles including segment CFO positions, Vice President of Investor Relations, and Chief Audit Officer.
The executive leadership team for the Food Processing business includes Salman as CEO, Mark Bowie as Chief Operating Officer, Matt Fuchsen as Chief Strategy Officer, and Rob Fagan leading Investor Relations and FP&A for the independent company.
The spin-off remains on track for completion in the second quarter of 2026 as part of Middleby's strategic portfolio transformation to create three focused businesses. The separation is designed to allow the Food Processing business to pursue its own capital allocation strategy and accelerate growth through strategic investments and acquisitions.
Campbell holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified 6 Sigma Blackbelt.
Middleby develops and manufactures solutions for commercial foodservice and food processing industries.
