Sharon AI signs $1.25 billion cloud infrastructure deal
Sharon AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHAZ) announced a five-year artificial intelligence cloud infrastructure agreement worth $1.25 billion with ESDS Software Solutions Ltd., according to a company statement.
The Australian cloud computing company will deploy an 8,000-unit B300 cluster within one of its existing data center providers in Australia. Revenue from the contract is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2026.
The agreement includes an option for ESDS Software Solutions to extend the contract for an additional two years beyond the initial five-year term.
"This contract is one of many we have been working on for a period of time, and we are delighted to be delivering this GPU capacity in an Australian data center," said James Manning, co-founder and CEO of Sharon AI. "We continue to see robust demand across the enterprise, hyperscale, research, government and AI native sectors."
