Dycom Industries names Bo Gresham as first chief revenue officer
Dycom Industries, Inc. (NYSE: DY) appointed James "Bo" Gresham as the company's first Chief Revenue Officer, effective March 30, 2026, according to a company statement.
Gresham will lead Dycom's unified revenue organization and report to CEO Dan Peyovich. The telecommunications infrastructure contractor created the new executive position as the industry experiences expansion driven by fiber deployments and network infrastructure development.
The newly appointed executive began his career at Dycom in 1997 as a ground hand at Ervin Cable Construction, a company subsidiary. Over 26 years, he advanced through operational leadership roles at Ervin, serving as Vice President of Operations before joining Dycom's corporate team in 2023 as Vice President of Strategy.
"Bo's appointment as our first Chief Revenue Officer is a reflection of both where we are going and who we are as a company," said Dan Peyovich, Dycom's President and CEO. "The scale of the opportunities ahead of us in the digital infrastructure space is vast, and Bo's leadership will be instrumental in our next phase of growth."
Gresham brings nearly three decades of operational and strategic experience to the role and is a U.S. Army veteran. Since joining the corporate leadership team, he has contributed to the company's expansion efforts and worked with executives to align Dycom's capabilities with digital infrastructure market needs.
"I am honored to take on this new challenge during such a transformative era for our industry," Gresham said. "Having started in the field, I have seen firsthand the dedication of our crews and the value we provide to our customers and communities."
West Palm Beach, Florida-based Dycom provides specialty contracting services to telecommunications infrastructure and utility industries throughout the United States, including construction, maintenance, and engineering services.
