Accelerant Holdings (NYSE: ARX) appointed Linda S. Huber as chief financial officer, completing a previously announced executive transition at the specialty insurance marketplace platform.

Huber brings nearly two decades of experience as a public company CFO to the role. She will oversee Accelerant's global finance organization, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and tax functions, reporting to Chief Executive Officer Jeff Radke.

Most recently, Huber served as executive vice president and CFO of FactSet (NYSE: FDS) from 2021 to 2024, where she managed the company's global finance operations. Prior to FactSet, she held CFO positions at MSCI (NYSE: MSCI) and Moody's Corporation (NYSE: MCO).

Earlier in her career, Huber served as CFO at U.S. Trust Company, a subsidiary of Charles Schwab, and held senior roles at Freeman & Co., PepsiCo, Bankers Trust Co., and The First Boston Corp. She also served on the Board of Directors of Bank of Montreal from April 2017 to August 2024.

Huber holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor's degree in business and economics from Lehigh University. She served as a Captain in the U.S. Army from 1980 to 1984.

She replaces Jay Green, who resigned to pursue personal interests as previously announced by the company.

The information was disclosed in a company press release.
